I believe that the Titanic was one of the best movies made in the 1990’s. Director James Cameron did a phenominal job with this film by including many historical facts. It’s a timeless love story set amidst a historical tragedy that will never be forgotten. There was great special effects and real human emotion was portrayed when the boat began to sink and many families were separated. It was sad to realize that 1500 people died on the Titanic. Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet were fantastic actors in this film.
Waterworld was expensive to make, at around $172 million. Dennis Hopper played a fine villain and Kevin Costner handles the physical demands of his role very well. There was impressive stunts with all of the action taking place on the ocean. I have been to Universal Studios and have seen the Waterworld show there. It was interesting to see the parts of the film they put into the show.
